Helpful Info about Coffee . . .

• Ground coffee starts to lose its flavor in minutes. Only grind as much coffee as you currently need to ensure maximum freshness.
• Make sure you do not buy large quantities at a time, no more than a month's worth.
• Store beans and ground coffee in a n air tight container. Freezing is not necessary to maintain flavor.
  
• Store air tight container in a slightly cool, dark place at a temperature between 50-70 degrees f.
