  This coffee is grown on the steep mountainsides and are hand picked one bean at a time to yield larger size and optimum shape. These beans provide a mild fruity flavor with a "toast-like" aroma. They are considered among the best of Columbia.

  Costa Rica (SHB) Fincas de Leon
  This coffee is produced in the strictly hard bean preparation process where the fruit are hand-picked, sorted for rich red appearance and opened by hand. The seed parchment is only removed immediately prior to shipment. Costa Rica (SHB) is a very mild coffee, not bitter, and a strong flowery/dark choclate aroma.

  Guatemala Huehuetenango
  This coffee is produced in the Huehuetenango region in the shadow of the most southern range of the Sierra Madre mountains. Morning fogs give way to cool mountain breezes providing the right mixture of moisture and sunlight. This is a full-developed, heavy bodied coffee without a hint of bitterness, with mellow nutty taste with bakery aroma.
