Baby Bella Tomato Jam Pizza

 

 

INGREDIENTS

1-10oz can Pillsbury pizza crust
4 oz Earth & Vine Roma Tomato & Chili Melange Jam
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
12oz Baby portabella mushrooms, cleaned, stems tipped and sliced
2 leeks, washed and sliced
15 Kalamata olives, chopped
Parmigiano-Reggiano, shaved


You will need an 11' x 1' tart pan
 
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare pizza crust according to directions. In a small bowl combine Roma Tomato & Chili Melange Jam with balsamic and garlic, spread evenly on raw pizza dough set aside. In a large skillet over medium high heat add olive oil and saute mushrooms and leeks until tender, season with salt and pepper. Spread mushrooms and leeks over pizza dough and bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes, until dough is crispy around the edges. Remove from oven and top with Kalamata olives and shaved Parmgiano-Reggiano. Serve warm
